Over the years of being a Wedding Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist, I have learned that makeup and hair is so personal. Add the fact that this is going to be one of the BEST and most photographed days of your life, there’s a lot of pressure, right?
The feedback I consistently get from my clients is my ability to listen carefully to what they want. Sure, I am here to give my professional advice but it’s very much a collaboration of us both. Without trying to sound too cheesy, you’ve got to feel like you, just your best version.
Whilst I am based on the outskirts of London, I travel all over the UK and worldwide for Weddings.
In fact, any excuse to do a bit of travelling.

From the very first message, Nicola was a dream. Super easy to chat to, quick to reply, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. My bridal trial with her was such a lovely experience, she makes you feel so comfortable, like you can be totally honest about what you do and don’t like, and she just gets it.
On the wedding day itself, she was incredible. I even decided to change my hairstyle from the trial (so we never practiced it beforehand together), and she created exactly what I had in mind. When she passed me the mirror, I actually started to cry a little because I’d never felt so beautiful.
She’s insanely talented at both makeup and hair, but beyond that she’s just such a calming, lovely person to have around on such a big day. I honestly can’t recommend her enough and I’m already looking for excuses to book her again!

I hired Nicola for my wedding, where she did hair and makeup for me, my mum and my sister. She was so so brilliant from start to finish.
Pre wedding, she was super communicative, and very happy to have the trial at whatever point pre wedding worked for me. She also worked out an exact schedule for the morning which was just one less thing to think about.
Pre wedding, I hadn’t really considered the fact that how your suppliers make you feel on the day will have a big bearing on how you feel. Nicola was BRILLIANT. She completely put me at ease and helped dissipate any nerves I was feeling, and kept us all running to time so it felt like everything was in hand. The result was a very relaxed feeling bridal prep which wouldn’t have been the case without her!
As for her work – exceptional! She followed the brief to the letter, and I have honestly never felt more beautiful. The makeup was so glowy and the skin looked so natural. The hair was incredible. I am very fussy about hair and regularly have it blow dried. Nicola absolutely smashed it – the hair of my dreams and she totally got the vision!
