A Christmas wedding at the Kimpton Fitzroy London was the perfect combination of festive glamour and modern city chic. Set in the heart of Bloomsbury, this iconic Victorian hotel provided a stunning backdrop for a winter wedding in London.

It’s beautifully designed with classic details paired with modern, interiors that give it a chic, luxe feel.

The couple chose a black-tie theme, which felt perfectly in keeping with a Christmas wedding in the city. Olivia wore a sparkly gown by Andrea Hawkes, its subtle shimmer catching the light beautifully and adding just the right festive touch.
We focused on soft, glowy makeup that enhanced her natural features while still looking stunning for the evening. For her hair, she went with a modern, textured French twist which looked so elegant and perfectly suited the ceremony and chic, festive setting.

My Highlights

There’s something really magical about a Christmas wedding and this one was no exception. The couple’s choice of a black-tie theme made everything feel extra chic.

I love creating textured updos, so I was thrilled to craft a modern French twist for Olivia.

The venue was another highlight for me. A stunning Victorian building with the perfect cosy, festive decor.

The florals by JF Styling were equally beautiful, adding delicate, seasonal touches that completed the look.

Olivia’s mum was a standout in her Self-Portrait dress. So modern and perfect for the overall vibe.
